This project aims to reveal the experiences of children in Canadian Provincial Asylums between 1870-1940. In using a blended writing approach, I hope to centre the stories of children and their lived experiences.

This project aims to tell the stories of the patients who once lived at the Brockville Asylum. While doing this, I have centred my role as a historian in this project and how my own emotions have affected my storytelling.
